Shipping

Shipping is done via DHL or another shipping service provider of our choice. We deliver nationwide in Germany and across Europe.

The minimum order value for deliveries within Germany is 6.00 EUR. The delivery and shipping costs are a flat rate of 3.95 EUR for deliveries within Germany. For orders of 25.00 EUR or more, delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs.

For deliveries to other EU countries, the minimum order value is 25.00 EUR. The shipping costs for EU deliveries are a flat rate of 7.99 EUR. For orders of 50.00 EUR or more, we deliver within the EU free of shipping costs.

Delivery Conditions

The goods will be delivered, in the case of payment in advance, unless otherwise stated in the offer, within 3-8 days after you have submitted your transfer order to your bank to the delivery address you provided. For all other payment methods, the goods will be delivered, unless otherwise stated in the offer, within 3-8 days after the order confirmation is sent.
